JinkoSolar Holding (NYSE: JKS): Q3 2019 Earnings Snapshot

— JinkoSolar Holding (NYSE: JKS) reported adjusted earnings of RMB6.128 (US$0.856) per ADS for the third quarter of 2019, compared to RMB5.280 per ADS last year.

— Unadjusted net income was RMB363.6 million (US$50.9 million), compared to RMB189.1 million in the third quarter of 2018

— Total revenues increased 11.8% annually to RMB7.48 billion (US$1.05 billion) during the three-month period

— Total solar module shipments were 3,326 megawatts, up 12.6% from 2,953 MW in the year-ago quarter

— Gross margin rose sharply to 21.3% in the third quarter from 14.9% in the year-ago period

— Expects revenue in the range of US$11.7 billion to US$12.3 billion for the fourth quarter; Gross margin is expected to be between 18.5% and 20.5%.

— Expects total solar module shipments to be in the range of 14.0 GW to 14.2 GW in fiscal 2019.

— For fiscal 2020, expects total solar module shipments to be in the range of 18.0 GW to 20.0 GW
