Atmus Filtration Technologies Inc. announced the appointment of Heath Sharp to its Board of Directors.

Sharp most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc., a position he held from 2015 until his retirement in 2023. He joined Fortune Brands in 1997 and advanced through a variety of leadership roles, including President and Chief Operating Officer, before becoming CEO.

“We are excited to welcome Heath to our Board of Directors,” said Steph Disher, Chief Executive Officer of Atmus Filtration Technologies. “Heath’s extensive leadership experience and proven track record of driving growth and innovation will be invaluable as we continue to execute our strategy and deliver value to our shareholders.”

Sharp’s appointment expands the Atmus Board to nine members. His background in leading a global organization and overseeing strategic growth initiatives aligns with Atmus’ focus on advancing filtration solutions for a wide range of industries.

Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, Atmus Filtration Technologies designs, manufactures, and sells filtration products for on‑highway and off‑highway commercial vehicles and equipment. The company’s solutions support customers in transportation, agriculture, construction, mining, and other industrial markets worldwide.
