Atmus Welcomes Heath Sharp to Board of Directors

February 6, 2026 2 min read

Atmus Filtration Technologies Inc. (NYSE: ATMU), a global leader in the filtration industry, has announced the appointment of Heath Sharp to its Board of Directors. The announcement reflects a strategic addition as the company enters its next phase of growth.

Sharp brings more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning manufacturing, product development, and commercial execution. His career has focused on scaling industrial businesses internationally, aligning closely with Atmus’ global ambitions. Steph Disher, CEO and President of Atmus, noted that Sharp joins the Board at a key moment, as the company is well-positioned for continued growth and expansion.

Currently, Sharp serves as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Reliance Worldwide Corporation. In this role, he has led the company’s transformation from a regionally focused manufacturer into a global, publicly listed leader in water control systems and plumbing solutions.

Steve Macadam, Chair of the Atmus Board of Directors, highlighted Sharp’s background as a proven industrial operator and engineer with decades of experience building manufacturing capability, advancing product innovation, and scaling businesses across multiple markets. His leadership experience across Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom was cited as a valuable asset as Atmus continues to expand its global footprint.

With this appointment, the Atmus Board has expanded from seven to eight directors. Sharp will serve as a Class III director through the company’s next Annual Meeting of Stockholders and has been appointed to both the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Governance Committee.
