Fiserv Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV) reported its fourth quarter 2025 earnings results today.
Revenue increased 1% year-over-year to $5.28 billion.
Net income attributable to Fiserv was $811 million compared to $938 million last year.
GAAP earnings per share was $1.51, down 8% from last year. Adjusted EPS decreased 21% to $1.99.
Merchant Solutions segment revenue grew 2% while Financial Solutions segment revenue declined 2%.
Fiserv expects organic revenue growth of 1-3% and adjusted EPS of $8.00-8.30 for fiscal year 2026.
