Brown & Brown, Inc. (NYSE: BRO), an insurance brokerage firm delivering comprehensive insurance solutions, on Monday announced the appointment of Dorothea Henderson as chief information technology officer. Henderson will begin her role on February 23, 2026, and will be based in Daytona Beach, Florida.
Henderson will oversee the company’s enterprise technology strategy and lead initiatives to improve digital capabilities and enhance the technology experience for teammates and customers.

Most recently, Henderson served as the senior vice president and chief digital information officer of CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. Earlier, she served Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, for 18 years.
