Cboe Global Markets Q4 2025 adj. earnings jump on record high revenues

Financial services company Cboe Global Markets, Inc. (CBOE: CBOE) announced results for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025, reporting a sharp increase in adjusted earnings.

Fourth-quarter revenues climbed 28% year-over-year to $671.1 million. Revenues grew across all operating segments and geographic divisions.

Adjusted earnings, excluding one-off items, were $3.06 per share in Q4, up 46% year-over-year. On a reported basis, earnings rose 60% from last year to an all-time high of $2.97 per share.

For fiscal 2026, management expects organic total net revenue growth in the ‘mid single-digit’ range. Organic net revenue growth from Data Vantage is expected to be in the ‘mid to high single-digit’ range. It is looking for full-year adjusted operating expenses of $864-$879 million.
