It is estimated that September quarter earnings, adjusted for special items, increased to $0.29 per share from $0.27 per share in the same period of last year. Analysts are looking for revenues of $3.02 billion for the third quarter, which is up 8.2% year-over-year.
In Q2 FY25, Chipotle’s comparable restaurant sales decreased 4% annually. Total revenue increased 3% to $3.1 billion in the second quarter from $2.97 billion in the prior-year quarter. Adjusted earnings, on a per-share basis, declined to $0.33 per share in the June quarter from $0.34 per share in Q2 2024.
