In fiscal 2025, The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE: KO) has demonstrated resilience despite currency headwinds, softer consumer demand, and broader macroeconomic pressures. The beverage giant’s upcoming fourth-quarter report is expected to highlight sustained volume growth, particularly in sparkling soft drinks, and increased at-home consumption during the holiday season. Estimates

While the performance of Coca-Cola’s stock was range-bound last year, it entered 2026 on a positive note and has maintained the momentum ahead of next week’s earnings. The stock has gained more than 10% since the beginning of 2026, closing the latest session at an all-time high. KO has been one of the best-performing Wall Street stocks in recent months, outperforming the broader market. Over the years, the company has raised its quarterly dividend regularly, and the stock offers a strong yield of 3% currently.

Key Metrics

In Q3 2025, Coca-Cola’s revenues grew 5% year-over-year to $12.5 billion, with organic revenue rising 6%. Comparable earnings, adjusted for special items, increased 6% from last year to $0.82 per share in the September quarter. Net income attributable to shareowners was $3.69 billion or $0.86 per share in Q3, up 30% year-over-year. Both revenue and earnings topped expectations. Management said it expects full-year revenue to increase 5-6%, and comparable earnings to grow approximately 3%.

“We are investing behind our brands, which led to broad-based strength across our total beverage portfolio. In addition to ongoing strength with Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, Diet Coke had strong volume growth by reaching a new generation of consumers with campaigns like Know the Signs, which invites drinkers to take a Diet Coke break. We also launched innovations for our loyal consumer base like Retro Diet Coke with Cherry. And this October, we are bringing back Retro Diet Coke with Lime nationwide in the US. Across our portfolio, our system accelerated cold-drink equipment placement, expanded availability for key packages, and won share of visible inventory,” said Coca-Cola’s COO, Henrique Gnani Braun, in the Q3 earnings call.

Strategy

As Coca-Cola enters the new fiscal year, management’s growth strategy emphasizes pricing discipline, portfolio diversification, and increased marketing investments. Leveraging its strong brand and a business model built on supplying finished products and beverage concentrates, the company is well-positioned to sustain robust revenues and profitability.

The stock has gained 22% in the past twelve months, with an average price of $69.93. On Tuesday, the shares traded higher throughout the session.
