Net income attributable to shareholders was $12.3 million, or $0.25 per share, compared to a loss of $15.1 million, or $0.31 per share, last year. Adjusted EPS totaled $0.35 for CRD-A and $0.36 for CRD-B.
Consolidated cash and cash equivalents as of September 30, 2023, totaled $49.2 million.
