CRH Reports 5% Revenue Growth in 2025; Net Income Rises 8% to $3.8 Billion

International Solutions: This segment recorded an 8% increase in annual revenue to $13.3 billion. Adjusted EBITDA grew 23% to $2.2 billion for the full year. During the fourth quarter, revenue increased 6% to $3.29 billion, while Adjusted EBITDA grew 33% to $627 million.
