Earnings Summary: Highlights of Calumet’s (CLMT) Q4 2025 earnings report

Calumet, Inc. (NASDAQ: CLMT), a producer of specialty hydrocarbon products and renewable fuels, on Friday reported results for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025.

  • Fourth-quarter sales increased to $1.04 billion from $949.5 million in the same period last year
  • The company reported a net loss of $37.3 million for Q4, versus a loss of $40.7 million in the comparable period of FY24
  • On a per-share basis, Q4 loss was $0.43, compared to a loss of $0.47 in the prior-year quarter
  • Adjusted EBITDA came in at $48.4 million in the December quarter, lower than $66.6 million reported last year
  • The Specialty Products and Solutions segment reported adjusted EBITDA of $88.5 million for Q4, versus $51.9 million for the same quarter a year ago
  • The Performance Brands segment’s adjusted EBITDA was $5.4 million, compared to $16.3 million last year
  • Adjusted EBITDA for the Montana/Renewables segment was a loss of $5.4 million, compared to $12.4 million in Q4 2024
