Regions Financial Corp. (NYSE: RF) on Friday reported an increase in revenue for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025, driven by strong growth in interest income.

- Net income attributable to the company was $514 million or $0.58 per share in Q4, vs. $538 million or $0.56 per share in Q4 2024
- On an adjusted basis, fourth-quarter earnings were $0.57 per share, compared to $0.59 per share in the year-ago quarter
- Net interest income was $1.29 billion in Q4, vs. $1.24 billion in the year-ago quarter
- Non-interest income rose to $640 million in the December quarter from $585 million in the year-ago period
