Moody’s Corporation (NYSE: MCO) reported its fourth quarter 2025 earnings results today.
Total revenue was $1.9 billion, up 13% from the prior-year period.
Net income attributable to Moody’s was $610 million versus $395 million last year.
GAAP earnings per share rose 57% to $3.41 while adjusted EPS grew 39% to $3.64 compared to last year.
Revenue in the Analytics segment grew 9% year-over-year to $943 million.

Revenue in the Investors Service segment rose 17% YoY to $946 million.
For fiscal year 2026, the company expects GAAP EPS to be $15.00-15.60 and adjusted EPS to be $16.40-17.00.
