Prepared Remarks

Tim Sedabres: Good morning, and welcome to Huntington Bancshares fourth quarter 2025 earnings call. Joining me are Steve Steinour, Chairman and CEO, and Zach Wasserman, CFO.

Steve Steinour: Huntington delivered solid results with EPS of $0.34 on revenue of $1.9 billion. Our performance reflects the strength of our Midwest franchise and diversified revenue streams.

Consumer banking had a strong quarter with deposit growth and improved household acquisition. Commercial banking benefited from treasury management growth and healthy loan pipelines. Our digital investments are driving improved customer engagement.

Credit quality remained stable with net charge-offs of 28 basis points. Our conservative credit culture and disciplined underwriting continue to serve us well.

Zach Wasserman: Net interest income was $1.4 billion with NIM of 3.15%. Fee income grew 5% led by treasury management and capital markets. Expenses were well-controlled, delivering positive operating leverage for the sixth consecutive quarter.

Q&A Session

Analyst: Can you discuss growth priorities for 2026?

Steve Steinour: We are focused on deepening customer relationships and selective geographic expansion. Our commercial banking investments are paying off, and we see continued opportunity in treasury management and capital markets.

Analyst: What is your outlook for deposit costs and NIM?

Zach Wasserman: We expect deposit costs to stabilize as the rate environment evolves. NIM should remain relatively stable in 2026 with potential for modest expansion in the back half as deposit repricing slows.
