Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) reported its first quarter 2026 earnings results today.
Reported sales increased 9.9% year-over-year to $24.1 billion. Operational sales growth was 6.4%.
GAAP net earnings fell 52% to $5.2 billion, or $2.14 per share, compared to last year. Adjusted EPS was down 2.5% to $2.70.
For full year 2026, reported sales are expected to grow 6.5-7.5% YoY to $100.3-101.3 billion. Adjusted EPS is expected to grow 6.1-8.1% YoY to $11.45-11.65.
