Total revenues were $32.5 billion compared to $29.2 billion in the same period a year ago.
Net loss attributable to Humana was $796 million, or $6.61 per share, compared to $693 million, or $5.76 per share, last year. Adjusted loss per share was $3.96.
For the full year of 2026, Humana expects consolidated revenues of at least $160 billion, GAAP earnings per share of at least $8.89, and adjusted EPS of at least $9.00.
