Key highlights from KB Home’s (KBH) Q2 2025 earnings results

KB Home (NYSE: KBH) reported its second quarter 2025 earnings results.

Revenues totaled $1.53 billion compared to $1.71 billion in the year-ago quarter.

Net income decreased 36% to $107.9 million and earnings per share declined 30% to $1.50 compared to last year.

Homes delivered decreased 11% to 3,120. Net orders of 3,460 decreased 13%.

Average selling price increased slightly to $488,700.

The company’s ending backlog homes totaled 4,776, compared to 6,270 last year, and its ending backlog value was down 27% to $2.29 billion.

For full-year 2025, the company expects housing revenues of $6.30 billion to $6.50 billion and average selling price of $480,000 to $490,000.
