Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE) reported its fourth quarter 2025 earnings results today.
Revenues dipped 1% year-over-year to $17.6 billion. On an operational basis, revenues were down 3%.
GAAP net loss was $1.64 billion, or $0.29 per share, compared to net income of $410 million, or $0.07 per share, last year. Adjusted EPS grew 5% to $0.66.
For fiscal year 2026, PFE expects revenue of $59.5-62.5 billion and adjusted EPS of $2.80-3.00.
