UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH) reported its first quarter 2026 earnings results today.
Revenues were $111.7 billion compared to $109.6 billion in the year-ago quarter.
Net earnings attributable to UnitedHealth Group common shareholders were $6.28 billion, or $6.90 per share, compared to $6.29 billion, or $6.85 per share, last year. Adjusted EPS was $7.23.
The company expects full year 2026 adjusted EPS of greater than $18.25.
