Key metrics from PepsiCo’s (PEP) Q4 2025 earnings results

PepsiCo, Inc. (NASDAQ: PEP) reported its fourth quarter 2025 earnings results today.

Net revenue increased 5.6% year-over-year to $29.3 billion. Organic revenue growth was 2.1%.

Net income attributable to PepsiCo grew to $2.54 billion, or $1.85 per share, from $1.52 billion, or $1.11 per share, last year. Core EPS rose 11% to $2.26 on a constant currency basis.

Revenue and earnings beat expectations.

Revenues increased 1.5% to $8.3 billion in the PepsiCo Foods North America (PFNA) segment and 4% to $8.2 billion in the PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) segment. Revenues in the International Beverages Franchise (IB Franchise) division grew 3.5% to $1.57 billion. Revenues increased 12% to $6 billion in EMEA and 11% to $3.6 billion in LatAm Foods. Revenues rose 5% to $1.5 billion in Asia Pacific Foods.

For fiscal year 2026, the company expects net revenue growth of 4-6% and organic revenue growth of 2-4% along with core EPS growth of approx. 5-7%.

The stock was down 1% in premarket hours on Tuesday.
