Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: LW) reported its third quarter 2026 earnings results today.

Net sales increased 3% year-over-year to $1.56 billion. Net sales at constant currency was essentially flat.

GAAP net income decreased 63% to $54 million, or $0.39 per share, compared to last year. Adjusted EPS fell 37% to $0.72.

Net sales for the North America segment increased 5% to $1.03 billion while sales for the International segment dropped 1% to $529.8 million.

For fiscal year 2026, net sales are expected to be $6.45-6.55 billion.
