McCormick & Company, Incorporated (NYSE: MKC) reported its fourth quarter 2025 earnings results today.
Net sales increased 3% year-over-year to $1.85 billion. Organic sales grew 2%.
GAAP net income was $226.6 million, or $0.84 per share, compared to $215.2 million, or $0.80 per share, last year. Adjusted EPS grew 7.5% to $0.86.
Consumer segment sales increased 4% YoY to $1.12 billion while Flavor Solutions segment sales increased 2% to $723 million.
For fiscal year 2026, MKC expects net sales growth of 13-17% on a reported basis and organic sales growth of 1-3%. Adjusted EPS is expected to be $3.05-3.13.
