The company reported a net loss of $1.83 million for the three months ended June 30, 2024, compared to a loss of $1.97 million in the corresponding period of the prior fiscal year. On a per-share basis, net loss was $1.30 in the second quarter, compared to a loss of $2.90 per share in the prior year quarter.
Net loss from discontinued operations was $209,161 in the June quarter. The company generated revenues of $18,699 during the three months.
