Qualcomm, Inc. (NASDAQ: QCOM), which develops and delivers digital wireless communications products, is set to report fourth-quarter 2025 results today after the closing bell.

It is estimated that Q4 earnings, adjusted for one-off items, increased to $2.87 per share from $2.69 per share in the prior year period. The consensus revenue estimate is $10.76 billion for the September quarter.
In the third quarter of 2025, Qualcomm’s revenues increased to $10.37 billion from $9.39 billion in Q3 2024. Revenue from the CDMA Technologies division grew 11%, and Technology Licensing revenue rose 4% YoY.
Net income was $2.67 billion or $2.43 per share in Q3, compared to $2.13 billion or $1.88 per share in the corresponding quarter last year. Adjusted profit increased to $2.77 per share in the June quarter from $2.33 per share last year.
