ServiceNow (NOW): Q4 2019 Earnings Snapshot

—  ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) reported earnings of $0.96 per share in the fourth-quarter 2019, vs. $0.87 per share expected.

— Total revenue rose 33% $951.8 million, vs. $941.2 million expected.

— In Q4, ServiceNow closed 76 transactions with over $1 million in net new annual contract value, up 49% YoY.

— For 1Q20, the company expects subscription revenues of $975 – $980 million, up 32% YoY. On an adjusted basis, subscription billings for this period is projected to be $1.042 – $1.047 billion, a growth of 29%.

— NOW stock ended its Wednesday’s trading session up 5.9%.
