UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH) reported its fourth quarter 2025 earnings results today.
Total revenues were $113.2 billion compared to $100.8 billion reported in the year-ago quarter.
Net earnings attributable to UnitedHealth Group common shareholders were $10 million, or $0.01 per share, compared to $5.54 billion, or $5.98 per share, last year. Adjusted EPS was $2.11 versus $6.81 last year.
For the full year of 2026, the company expects revenues to be greater than $439 billion. GAAP EPS is projected to be greater than $17.10 while adjusted EPS is projected to be greater than $17.75.
