Video conferencing platform Zoom Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZM) has reported an increase in revenue and adjusted earnings for the third quarter of fiscal 2026.
Third-quarter revenues increased to $1.23 billion from $1.18 billion in the prior-year quarter. For the fourth quarter, the company expects total revenue to be between $1.230 billion and $1.235 billion, and revenue in constant currency to be in the range of $1.224 billion to $1.229 billion.
Third-quarter adjusted earnings, excluding one-off items, rose sharply to $1.52 per share from $1.38 per share a year earlier. The guidance for fourth-quarter earnings per share is in the range of $1.48 to $1.49, excluding special items.

This quarter, we announced AI Companion 3.0, and we’re thrilled to see AI Companion adoption grow meaningfully. We’re also seeing strong momentum with Custom AI Companion and our AI‑first Customer Experience suite, which helped make this one of our best CX quarters, with broad AI adoption across major deals,” said Eric Yuan, Zoom’s CEO.
