Analysts noted that the BofA Securities upgrade to “Neutral” earlier in January was a key factor in stabilizing the stock ahead of this report.

The company confirmed it is in advanced negotiations with Yara International regarding equity stakes in the Louisiana Blue Ammonia and NEOM Green Hydrogen complexes. These partnerships are expected to reduce APD’s direct capital exposure by approximately $2 billion to $2.25 billion, shifting its role toward marketing and distribution.
