Brixmor Property Group Shares Slip After Strong Q4 Results; FY2025 FFO Climbs, Leasing Spreads Shine

Brixmor reported robust Q4 performance for the period ended December 31, 2025. Net income surged to $137.1 million, or $0.44 per diluted share. This marks a jump from $0.27 per share last year. Additionally, Nareit FFO rose to $0.58 per diluted share. Same-property NOI grew 6.0% year over year. Thus, leasing momentum fueled gains. The company executed 1.5 million square feet of leases.
