  • For the first quarter of FY26, the management forecasts Next-Generation Security ARR in the range of $5.82 billion to $5.84 billion, representing year-over-year growth of 29%
  • Q1 revenue is expected to be in the range of $2.45 billion to $2.47 billion, representing year-over-year growth of 15%
  • The forecast for Q1 net income per share is in the range of $0.88 to $0.9; the remaining performance obligation is expected to be $15.4-15.5 billion
  • For FY26, Palo Alto expects Next-Generation Security ARR to be between $7.00 billion and $7.10 billion, representing year-over-year growth of between 26% and 27%
  • Total revenue is expected to be in the range of $10.475 billion to $10.525 billion in FY26, representing year-over-year growth of 14%; net income per share is estimated to be in the range of $3.75 to $3.85
