The Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (Farmer Mac) (NYSE: AGM) reported total revenue of $70.3 million for the third quarter of 2022 compared to $60.9 million in the same period a year ago.
Net income attributable to common stockholders was $34.6 million, or $3.18 per share, compared to $28.5 million, or $2.63 per share, in the prior-year period. Core EPS rose 20% to $3.07.
Net interest income grew 15% to $67.9 million.
