Home Depot (HD) Q4 2025 Earnings: Key financials and quarterly highlights

The Home Depot (NYSE: HD) reported its fourth quarter 2025 earnings results today.

Sales were $38.2 billion, down 3.8% year-over-year.

Comparable sales increased 0.4%, and comparable sales in the US increased 0.3%.

Net earnings were $2.6 billion, or $2.58 per share, compared to $3 billion, or $3.02 per share, last year. Adjusted EPS was $2.72, compared to $3.13 last year.

Revenue and earnings beat estimates.

For fiscal 2026, the company expects total sales growth of approx. 2.5-4.5% and comparable sales growth of approx. flat to 2%. Both GAAP EPS and adjusted EPS are expected to grow approx. flat to 4% from the previous year.
