RTX Corporation (NYSE: RTX) reported third quarter 2023 earnings results today.

Reported sales decreased 21% year-over-year to $13.5 billion. Adjusted sales were up 12% to $19 billion.

Net loss attributable to common shareowners was $984 million, or $0.68 per share, compared to net income of $1.38 billion, or $0.94 per share, last year. Adjusted EPS rose 3% to $1.25.

For the full year of 2023, the company expects reported sales of approx. $68.5 billion. Adjusted EPS is expected to be $4.98-5.02.

The company announced that it has agreed to sell its Cybersecurity, Intelligence and Services business within its Raytheon segment for approx. $1.3 billion.
