Key highlights from GrafTech International’s (EAF) Q2 2022 earnings results

GrafTech International Ltd. (NYSE: EAF) reported net sales of $363.6 million for the second quarter of 2022. This compares to $330.7 million reported in the same quarter a year ago.

Net income was $115 million, or $0.44 per share, compared to $28 million, or $0.11 per share, last year. Adjusted EPS was $0.44 versus $0.43 last year.

At the end of the quarter, the company had cash and cash equivalents of $56 million and total debt of approx. $920 million.

For the full year of 2022, GrafTech expects capital expenditures to range between $70-80 million.
