Revvity, Inc. (NYSE: RVTY), a provider of health science solutions and technologies, on Monday announced financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025
- Fourth-quarter revenue increased 6% annually to $772 million; sales grew 4% organically
- Earnings per share, on a reported basis, were $0.87 in Q4, compared to $0.78 per share in Q4 2024
- Q4 net income increased to $98.4 million from $94.6 million in the corresponding quarter last year
- On an adjusted basis, Q4 earnings from continuing operations were $1.70 per share, vs. $1.42 per share last year
- Operating income from continuing operations was $112 million, vs. $119 million in the same period a year ago
- For fiscal 2026, management forecasts total revenue to be in the range of $2.96 billion to $2.99 billion
- Organic revenue growth for FY26 is expected to be 2-3%; the guidance for adjusted earnings per share is $5.35-$5.45
