VMware, Inc. (NYSE: VMW): Q4 2020 Earnings Snapshot

— VMware, Inc. (NYSE: VMW) reported adjusted earnings of $2.05 per share for the fourth quarter of 2020, vs. $2.17 per share expected.

— Net income was $321 million or $0.76 per share, compared to $496 million or $1.17 per share in the fourth quarter of 2019

— Revenues increased 11% annually to $3.07 billion from $2.76 billion last year, vs. $2.95 billion expected
