Vivint Solar (VSLR) Q4 2019 Earnings Snapshot

— Vivint Solar (NYSE: VSLR) reported a loss of $1.02 per share for its fourth quarter of 2019 vs. expected loss of $0.17 per share.

— Revenue rose by 21% to $77 million vs. $88.15 million expected.

— The company installed approximately 66 MWs, up 22% year-over-year. Total cumulative MWs installed were approximately 1,294 MWs.

— Cost per Watt was $3.54. Installations were 9,558 for the quarter, up 24% year-over-year. Cumulative installations were 188,291.

— For the first quarter of 2020, Vivint Solar expects MW installed to be between 57 MWs and 60 MWs and cost per Watt in the range of $3.68 to $3.75.

— VSLR stock slumped about 10% during the extended-hours.
