Questions and Answers:

Operator

Certainly. [Operator Instructions] We have the first question from the line of Rick [Phonetic] Smith from Smith Capital. Please go ahead.

Richard Smith — Smith Capital — Analyst

Hey, how are you? I apologize. I hopped on a couple of minutes late here. Maybe you hit this already. Any comment please on the General Atlantic situation? Thank you.

Jian Liu — Chief Executive Officer

Hi, Jessie. You might want to translate.

Jessie Yang — Investor Relations Director

Yes, I will translate.

Jian Liu — Chief Executive Officer

Hello?

Jessie Yang — Investor Relations Director

Yes, please go ahead.

Jian Liu — Chief Executive Officer

Thanks, Rick. I’m sorry, would you repeat your question again?

Richard Smith — Smith Capital — Analyst

Sure. Can you hear me okay?

Jian Liu — Chief Executive Officer

Now it’s fine, yeah.

Richard Smith — Smith Capital — Analyst

Okay, good. You may have hit this already, I apologize if you did. Can you comment on the General Atlantic situation please? Thank you.

Jian Liu — Chief Executive Officer

Okay. [Foreign Speech] Jessie, you can translate.

Jessie Yang — Investor Relations Director

Okay. So I’ll briefly translate management’s response. I believe your question is regarding the privatization offer that we received from General Atlantic in November of last year. Currently, management, including the board, we are analyzing the offer. And if there are any updates, we will be sure to make press releases as soon as possible. Thank you.

Richard Smith — Smith Capital — Analyst

Is there any timeline for that, please?

Jian Liu — Chief Executive Officer

No so far. We are still assessing the offer and it may take some time. And once we have a solution or we have a decision, we will make the public release as soon as possible. So yeah, I recommend you to follow our public release. Thanks.

Richard Smith — Smith Capital — Analyst

Okay. Last thing if I could. Other than — I mean, look, it’s been a while. It’s been three or four months now, is there a process to sell the company or are we just in a holding pattern and we should expect something hopefully in the next several weeks?

Jian Liu — Chief Executive Officer

At this moment, all I can say is that it’s in process. And once we have the solution, we will make the public release as soon as possible. Thanks. Yeah, we will keep — we’re trying to update it.

Richard Smith — Smith Capital — Analyst

Understood. Have a good day everyone. Thank you.

Jian Liu — Chief Executive Officer

Thank you.

Operator
